Cancelation Policy
Up to one week before the reservation date, the customer can re-schedule for a new available date. If the client is unable or unwilling to do so, the client is entitled to a refund.
If the customer is late there is no obligation to compensate by extension or prolongation of extra time.
In case of damage, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 200 € to cover repairs per estimate.
In case of adverse weather conditions that may cause unsafe conditions to passengers and/or the boat, we may suggest a new date for the activities or a refund of the amount paid.
